Our USDA Inspected beef is aged 14 days, packaged in vacuum sealed clear freezer plastic, and is always from 100% grass/hay fed and finished Simmental cross animals. We don't use growth hormones or antibiotics in the feed. All summer the cows are offered new grass to graze each day, to keep the grass growing strong, and to fatten the cattle at their natural pace.
The result is a tasty and healthy product that is delivered right to your home. And as always, ordering early gets you the best selection.
